Live6’s Resident Investment Opportunity Fund (RIOF) was created to ensure residents can share in the benefits of neighborhood growth and build long-term financial stability as our community grows and receives national attention and investment. 

Our Resident Investment Opportunity Fund is a community-centered initiative designed to help residents preserve homeownership, access critical resources, build wealth, and participate in neighborhood investment opportunities. Through a combination of housing stabilization services, financial empowerment programs, and investment pathways, the Fund helps residents remain rooted in the community while benefiting from its revitalization.

UNDERSTANDING HOW REPAIRS REQUESTS ARE PRIORITIZED

Live6 staff will evaluate your property to confirm the requested repair and identify any conditions that may affect the health, safety, or long-term stability of the home. In some cases, the repair you request may not be the first repair that needs to be addressed.

For example, if a homeowner requests a porch repair but the assessment identifies a more urgent issue that could affect the safety or condition of the home, Live6 may require that higher-priority issue to be addressed first.

This approach helps ensure that program resources are used to address the most critical needs and protect the long-term condition of the property.
